Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Piranest (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Piranest. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. User Accounts & Google Sign-In

You may create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Piranest is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

4. Platform Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent event or vendor listings
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the Platform

5. Events & Tickets

Organizers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their event listings, including dates, locations, and ticket prices. Piranest acts as a platform facilitator and is not liable for cancelled, postponed, or misrepresented events. Refund requests are subject to the organizer's refund policy.

6. Vendor Services

Vendors are independent service providers. Piranest does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by vendors. Organizers and vendors are responsible for their own agreements and any disputes between them.

7. Payments & Commissions

Piranest charges a platform commission on vendor bookings. All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable fees. Payment processing is handled by our payment providers and is subject to their respective terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, design, and software, is the property of Piranest or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Piranest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam.
